The outside of the Hotel looks very authentic. Once you step inside it is renovated and modern. Close to the ferry and train station. The staff were also very friendly and helpful,

Great location and comfortable rooms. We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station so that we don’t have to haul our suitcases for a long walk and it was the right choice. Located next to a small canal and walkable everywhere, this hotel was safe, comfortable and clean. We had a triple room and it included a separate bed for our 10 year old which she loved. The bed was really comfortable and we slept really well. Room was decent size and was spotlessly cleaned every day. We appreciated the heated rack in the bathroom and the working safe. There is a nice bakery 1 minute from the hotel which had the best pistachio croissants and a coffee place with excellent espresso and cappuccino. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are close by. Overall, this was a great choice for our stay and we would gladly stay here again.

Good hotel in a good location

Excellent little hotel with good clean room and comfortable bedding. A little tight in space but in Venice you woken with what you have. I would recommend this place for travelers, just note it’s a bit out of center of Venice tho it is close to water bus stations, train/bus stations and if you want to visit the outer islands.

Hotel Filu is a newly renovated property on one of the secondary canals. About a 7 minute walk from the train station. The location was awesome! The place was modern and clean and the desk guys were super friendly and helpful. This little gem was a great value in the perfect location!

Great canal view and close to everything!

We were here 1 night. The room we had 52 was amazing even though the bed wasn’t to comfortable it was fine. The views made up for it! Loved the ambient lighting. The lights going on very early from the sensors were distracting because of a large gap under the door. The floors made it noisy for the early check out or early comers wasn’t sure but if your a light sleeper could be an issue. I am a light sleeper so it woke me. The canals shut down early so noise from outside wasn’t bad however they do start early so I was woken up by the boats out the windows. Overall I would stay here again for the location and the room with the canals we brought up dinner and opened all the windows and enjoyed ppl watching!

Excellent hotel and fair price totally worth it!

Amazing hotel! Looks clean and modern! Everything in the room was great. They accommodate my checking because I arrived by the time they close! The guest services was great friendly and helpful to explain and answer questions! We enjoyed our stay! And definitely recommend and will be back to this place next time! And they have a bag storage upon request

This property has been renovated i think because it's new and super clean inside. We loved our room,, the stone tile floors, the comfortable bed, the wonderful shower. I have no negatives about the room. Location is perfect near the train station and a vaporetto stop to the airport right out front. There are numerous restaurants nearby. The host offered information about the tickets and schedules for vaporettos. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I in our early 50s stayed one night. We are arrived late so they emailed the door code and instructions. We had room 206, small but very clean and the A/C worked well. The front desk person was helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is convenient located near a water bus stop. Our room did not have any USB. It did have a safe and mini fridge. The deco is more midern. A good amount of restaurants near by. We would come back again.
