The hotel was amazing! The room we had had a huge balcony overlooking a canal. It was a perfect place to chill after a hard day of being a tourist! The staff was incredibly patient with me and my thousands of questions. And the location was great for touring and shopping. I would stay there again and highly recommend it!!

Great location, decent facilities. The price of stay is not low on a global scale, but in the context of Venice prices, it is reasonable given the hotel's location and its decent facilities.

The location is great. The staff was helpful. There is an elevator and the ac worked.. unfortunately, our room was not clean. Bedside table with crumbs and dust. Also plastic cover from something. The floor had dust, little pieces of paper etc. after seeing this we started uncovering the room better and found dried blood stains on our bedcovers. When we reported this to the staff, they informed us the cleaning staff would not be back to the following day, but would clean the room then. The staff changed our linen for us…

Staff were helpful, just ask them about the city they can help. We didn’t get the included breakfast, but we realized that the breakfast prices was not too bad and helped out throughout the day. The room was a bit dirty still and the last day we noticed a water leak from the ceiling. Overall it was an average hotel, not horrible for the price.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although our room could use some refreshing, the garden area for coffee is charming. There is an outdoor restaurant where we sat in oversized chairs and had a late night drink, in a gorgeous setting. The location is great. We would return to this property.
