The hotel was a great old style property, that had unique but very tasteful bedrooms.
The staff were very helpful, ensuring we could store luggage safely.
The included breakfast was v good and all produce was fresh.

Had a breakfast that was good! The place was in a real cool area and very close to the train and bus station. The room was pretty clean. You can tell that it’s an older place and some of the stuff was pretty old
Excellent stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff were very helpful and kindly stored our luggage after checkout until our train departure. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of options. Would happily stay here again.
The hotel is in a great location, close to main attractions and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Walkable to everything we needed. The only bad thing about the bathroom was the lack of shower curtain or enclosure to prevent shower water from going everywhere. This was not an issue for everyone in our group (had 6 rooms total) but it was for my room. I’d still stay there again and recommend the hotel for other travelers.
Charming place, we stayed one night and it was perfect for it.
The front desk suggested a restaurant was incredible the food was one of the best we had during our Italian tour.
The property was clean and the staff were grest. Within a 5 min walk to train station and a 10 min walm from bus stop as flew in fro..paris to venice airport and took the bus from the airport. Tickets for the bus are available at a ticket wicket as you exit the airport. A lovely hotel and convenient.
This hotel was so charming, comfortable and clean. The location was so convenient - located 5 minutes from the train and bus stations, water taxi, many restaurants and shops yet it was quiet and secure in it's side alley. I absolutely loved everything about it.

I was on the ground floor room that faces the street. It can be a little noisy at times because people walk along the narrow street. Ok for a quick stay - location is wonderfully close to Venezia St Lucia station. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room we stayed in was very run down with many items in disrepair or broken. Our door lead onto the kitchen area so we were woken early each morning by the staff preparing. The staff were mainly very friendly and helpful.
Really close to the train station and eateries/shopping. Good breakfast. No elevators unfortunately

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was too hot even putting the fan on high. And the street below due to alley way and cobblestones made it noisy throughout the night/early morning.

Great location
Chosen primarily for the location, the hotel is well placed and easy to find. Breakfast was great. The room on the ground floor was firectly at street level which was very noisy from about 0530 with trolleys, suitcases etc being dragged directly outside your exterior facing door. Rooms were OK but the shower in the bathroom had no door so you had to be careful not to soak everything. Would stay again but only for a short period.
My room was tiny, could hardly move around inside. The A/C leaked, water floating all over on the ground. No sound isolation at all, I could hear people talking/walking by outside at night. Fortunately, I only stayed one night and had to leave for the airport early the next morning. Good location though.
Old building, but nice. Lots of charm and character. The walls of our room were covered in fabric (thought it was wallpaper lol) Our room came with a cute little balcony with a table and two chairs. Shower was a hand held, so a little tricky to wash hair while water was running. Water pressure was great! Hair dryer was bizarre wall-mounted thing from the 80’s? Wasn’t sure how to work it/get the air hotter so not great if you needed it to style your hair. No bathroom fan, but there is a window in the bathroom to let out steam. The a/c unit blew warm air when turned to cool, so didn’t use, but there were plenty of windows to open and get a breeze to cool down room (in April so not crazy hot out anyway). Breakfast was nice.
