Property was overlooking the Grand Canal on the second floor. It was in an easy to get to area by the ACTV water bus. The area was quiet but had easy access to shopping of all kinds and St Marks square. We walked everywhere and the gondola service was a street away. The property was clean with lots of room, and a small kitchen. Good restaurants and a grocery store are just down the street. When we go back, we would try and stay at the apartment again!

The Mocenigo Grand Canal was unlike any place we have ever stayed. I think it is important for those booking to know that this is not a typical hotel. There is no front desk or staff on site. It is in a great area….very accessible to attractions and to shoppes/restaurants. Depending on your suite, you may be right on the grand canal. This has its advantages (being on the canal) and disadvantages (it is noisy in the mornings). The suites are VERY spacious. They are very nice (not particularly warm or homey) but lovely. The history behind the building is also very cool. Full Kitchen with a washer dryer was a bonus for us. The entrance is well secured…sometimes the size felt overwhelming and feels a bit empty if you like the feel of others around. Overall very clean.

Very helpful staff. The room is huge, clean,stylish,nice linen,nice bathrooms… I will give a 10/10. I will stay here again if I will go back to Venice. And I will definitely recommend it to people I Know. Great location too.

This is a property like no other. The apartment has fine details,decor and fine furnishings. It is right on the grand canal, after daily watching I just close up and its quiet. I found this apartment an extraordinary experience overall, as well as close to everything. Communication and recommendations were great.

Annalisa was brilliant with help on WhatsApp and booking water taxis for us. There is a public taxi stop very close as well. This apartment is in a lovely area and had very nice dining very close. There is a grocery steps away if you wanted to cook and the kitchen is well equipped. This is an apartment so you do not get daily cleaning and fresh towels. Clean and freshly updated the only thing missing was a small love seat or chairs in the main room. The 2 kitchen chairs were not good for relaxing.

The location is awesome! Nothing better than waking up in the morning and going to the window to see you're right on Venice's Grand Canal! Moreover, the apartment itself is new, but located in a palace decorated with real and ancient artwork in a mixture of new and classic. Our apartment had ancient paintings that certainly could be in display in a museum, but we had the privilege to had them right in front of us. The hostess Annalisa was also great, she picked us up at the station and walked us right into the apartment giving us all necessary instructions to our stay.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda para 4 personas. Ventanas con vistas directas al gran canal. Cocina y baño completos, todo nuevo e impecable. Está cerca del transporte público y en el mismo centro para ir caminando.
