Rialto Prestige, bright apartment in the Castello district.

Beautiful apartment with coffered ceilings, located on the second floor of a building with no elevator. This lovely accommodation, consists of a living room furnished with a double sofa bed, dining table and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and kettle. This is followed by two charming bedrooms, both furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed each.
Finally,two functional bathrooms with shower and bidet complete the apartment layout.

Our guests will have additional amenities such as: Free Wifi, air conditioning, heating and ironing facilities.

Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

*The building is not equipped with an elevator.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

First off, the location of this apartment is in an alley with almost no foot traffic, on the corner, which was a little unsettling and likely facilitated for the burglary that occurred during our stay. Entering the building main floor you notice dirt and trash. The day after we checked into the apartment, after spending our day out and about, we came home to find the front door of the apartment wide open (cannot be opened except with a key as there is no door knob), as well as an opened window. Numerous items were stolen, including a wallet of credit cards, fine jewelry and bags. Thing is, we hadn’t touched a window since we checked in, and they all appeared to be locked when we left. We immediately texted our Host, who nonchalantly apologized for the “inconvenience” and told us to go to the police station. When we asked for a call and raised concern that it may have been an inside job given the appearance that the windows were locked, but clearly the burglars knew that there was a specific window that was not (the shutter and the window only unlocked for that one window), there was no further response and we never received our requested phone call. We spent over two hours on the phone with VRBO asking for new accommodations- we were all traumatized- especially our four young children- but were denied. No one followed up with us from VRBO. Absolutely would not recommend.
