"Great location, quick walk to Coastal Village Road and the beach. Nicely decorated. Everything that you need can be found tucked away. As the listing says, the house is very close to the 101 freeway. Recommend you bring your airpods or ear pods to help fall asleep if you are bothered by noise. "Cleanliness was very good. The free Breakfast was also very good... enough options and a bonus. Excellent location! Little things...the bathroom mirror frame had some "paint missing" areas ... that's an easy fix, so why not do it! :) Also, most old hotels/motels near the ocean have a lingering musty smell...I wish they could figure out a way to diffuse it or eliminate it! Great place for the price."

"Awesome hotel in a super convenient location. Room was very spacious and impeccably clean. A second vanity outside the bathroom was a nice addition. There was a lovely Breakfast included to start the day. Perfect walkable location for the beach, Ventura Pier, and many restaurants. Definitely stay here."

"The property was nice but I don’t understand how I paid 100.00 more than my friends who booked thru you on the same days stay. NOT happy about that at all! I emailed Expedia and you sent me back a note saying the property had a response for me and it would not open so don’t know what it said but still would like to get a response from someone!!"
