"The breakfast was fresh. The room was overall clean. They seriously need to clean or replace the couches. The couch I had was filthy under the the pillows. The staff when checking in was pleasant. One cleaning lady was very kind. The others were not. If you go during the winter season don’t expect the snow to be cleared in front of the hotel. The cleaning people were loads one morning. Woke me up before 8, with the noise in the hallway. This should be required! Maintenance could have shoveled and cleared the entrance. Honestly the breakfast should have been included. "

When we returned we had been upgraded for free. Lovely hotel, clean room and very comfy beds. Continental breakfast was really nice too. Thank you 😁"
