"Room and staff were wonderful. Great location. Great breakfasts. Only negatives-- Luca's Restaurant.: staff was great; the food unmemorable. Shower could use more water pressure and a non-slip mat."

"Breakfast buffet was great. Considering it’s a smaller hotel, they still had a diverse selection of food. The ac is centrally controlled and is not turned on this time of year so the room got super hot because only the heat was blowing. We had to sleep with the window open most of the night which got a little noisy because of the busy streets around. Centrally located and only a 5-10 minute walk to most things to do."
"I truly loved my stay. It was the perfect hotel for me as a female solo traveler. The room was a little small for my big luggage but I was able to accommodate everything.
The location was perfect, the breakfast was great as well, and the staff were very nice. I recommend it and would stay again! "
"The staff was very courteous, they gave us 2 bottles of water every night including a hazelnut chocolate treat for two on our pillows. The hotel has a nice rustic, old school vibes which I love. Breakfast and dinner was really delicious. The hotel is near many tourist attractions. Definitely recommend the hotel. "
"The hotel was great, there was a leak under the sink, they sent someone to fix it quickly. The building was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was great and you can access the coffee machine all daylong. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. Very close to the Duomo. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence!!"
