"Our rooms were located in the annex building. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. A concern was that while our room key was required to enter the annex building for security purposes, many times during day and every night, the door was left wide open. No person was at the small desk inside. Leaving a traveler feeling a vulnerable. The location was great to access many of the incredible sites in Rome!"

"Small but beautiful room with a view of the closest cathedral. The staff was professional and respectful. The breakfast was abundant and had a variety of choices including egg dishes. The rooftop bar was also beautiful. I would say the accommodations are under advertised on this site."

"Great Location right in the heart of tons of shopping and many many restaurants. Room was clean and quiet, albeit a little small but that is to be expected in Europe. Bed and linens were commfy and great. The small buffet breakfast and coffee was included and much appreciated before a day out exploring. Nice to not have to leave the hotel or pay for a small breakfast."

"This hotel is in a great location. Walkable to all major attractions, lots of great restaurant choices nearby, and easy access to taxi stand and local transportation. Room was clean & sufficient but could use some updates. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would have loved to try the spa, but spa hours were limited. Extended spa hours would have made for a perfect stay."
