"We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express on a road trip. It was a great choice. We had a good night's sleep, in a quiet location, and attentive staff. The bed was comfy. TV and appliances all worked. The shower was clean, but a little dated. But again, everything worked. Grabbed a coffee in the morning before we left — pleasantly surprised overall. "

"All of the staff was friendly and helpful, holding open doors as we brought our things in and out and just in general very pleasant. Breakfast food was always full and warm. We tried the Thai restaurant in the evening and this was excellent. If ever back in the area would stay here again!"

"Although it is old and rustic, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the porch cannot be beat. We ate in the dining room. The food was delicious especially the blackberry cobbler. The service was also excellent. "
