"This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. "Lovely property perfect when travelling with a car. Staff were very good. Property great location literally 5 minute walk across the road to the Old Town. On checkin asked about restaurants and we choose one of four Buratti in the Old Town which was fantastic excellent staff and traditional fare was delicious. Definitely recommend the Lucca in Villa Lucretia and the restaurante Buratti."

Amazing Spacious Villa Nestled in Hills above Lucca
"Our extended family of 22, including an infant and two toddlers, stayed in this beautiful, well appointed villa in the hills above Lucca during the Christmas holiday. The villa was perfect for multiple couples / families as there were clusters of rooms with a common area located throughout the two story villa which allowed for privacy. Every room had its own bathroom as well. The home and rooms were beautifully decorated. The views and grounds were spectacular. The host and owner were extremely responsive to our questions and needs throughout our stay. The lovely historic town of Lucca was a short drive away. There were markets, restaurants and wineries near the villa as well. The indoor pool and sauna were well used by our group. The host provided many recommendations including a cooking class by Tamara done at the villa — it was a great experience for the group! Also I highly recommend the wine tour and lunch at a nearby local organic winery and olive oil farm at Frattoria Colle Verde. I highly recommend this Villa."
