"Very helpful & professional staff. Let us park in the hotel garage, which we weren’t aware of parking there till we arrived. Very nice hotel. Only wish we’d had more time to spend there. Beautifully room & pool, bar, etc. "

"Great location and beautiful room. Hotel is across street from Medici chapel and 5 minute walk to Duomo. The Leather market is a block away and there is an atm and grocery store on the same block as hotel. Many restaurants nearby as well. Will definitely stay here again my next visit to Florence. "

"Clean, renovated Quadruple room. There is noise at night from all the guest throughout the building, mostly students. Staff was very helpful, no fridge or microwave in the room."

"The room was a great size with a beautiful window! The location was fantastic. I think if they added a chest of drawers and more hangars it would be excellent. A refrigerator in the room would also be putting the hotel into an excellent room! Our stay was lovely!"

"El hotel es bello, cómodo y céntrico, tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, por suerte no hacía calor de verano, aun así volvería a elegirlo nuevamente, solo recomendaría mejor dinámica en el desayuno, hubo un solo empleado asistiendo, llegamos al salón de desayuno cerca de las 9:00 y ya no había mucho desayuno para elegir."
