"Everything was great at this hotel! We stayed in 5 cities across Italy this trip and this one was the best! Huge room, excellent firm bed, super clean, the staff was excellent, breakfast was fresh and lots of selections. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florence!"
"The hotel is in walking distance of major attractions is clean and comfortable. That staff are great and willing to converse with you and the hotel itself has a great history.
Would recommend the hotel and would stay there again should i visit Florence.
Shout out to Alessandro who looked after us during aperitivo.

"IQ Hotel Firenze is my favorite hotel in Italy! The staff goes beyond my expectations in every way. The breakfast buffet is amazing in quantity and quality. The location is perfect, central to both the Duomo and the mercato centrale. "
"Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooftop bar area offers amazing views, especially in the evening for sunset. We also had some of the best drinks of our trip there!
We were travelling with back packs across many different cities in Italy so the free laundrette facilities were a super helpful surprise!
The room was clean overall the hotel was great, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was also really good.
There were some lovely little restaurants very close by offering pasta and pizza, both very tasty!
Highly recommend this hotel and will likely look for more of their hotels in other countries when travelling!"
"Here’s a polished version that keeps your tone but reads a little smoother:
I believe we upgraded for the breakfast, and honestly, unless you’re paying for the convenience, I wouldn’t recommend it. In my opinion, it wasn’t worth it when there are much better and very inexpensive options close by.
The room also wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. It lacked simple things like tissues and a shower cap, and the patio and bathroom walls were never cleaned during our stay.
That said, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the location near the train station could definitely be helpful depending on your needs."
"This hotel is well located to the train station and a quick walk to everything you would want. The hotel itself is very dark. Dark grey walls, dark wood. It is not modern at all. Breakfast was fine. Linens were good but the hotel itself is kind of depressing. One of my friends had a terrible experience as her room was located above where the hotel empties the sewage and the smell went i to her room. Hotel did nothing to help her. "
