"We felt like the room that was advertised online did not look the same in person. Upon arrival, we noticed the curtain to one of the windows was broken. The mattress was disgusting, completely stained brown/yellow. "

I did not like the check in experience as there is no staff on site and the document links shared are quite complicated to access and fill in"
