"Fabulous hotel - great staff room location character and food."

"Florence is a relatively small city so we loved that this property was not in the heart of everything (Duomo) and yet comfortably walkable to get to . We booked the junior room, it was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a lovely rain shower too. The complimentary spa was refreshing to use - we tried the sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a fairly wide spread and the staff were all welcoming and pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!"

"Had a good stay, room was good and very clean. The area is just outside the city center, so it’s relatively accessible by car and there is parking in the area. I did not like the check in experience as there is no staff on site and the document links shared are quite complicated to access and fill in"

"We felt like the room that was advertised online did not look the same in person. Upon arrival, we noticed the curtain to one of the windows was broken. The mattress was disgusting, completely stained brown/yellow. "
