"シャルル・ド・ゴール空港ターミナル2の中にあり立地は大変便利でわかりやすいです。部屋もバスルームも清潔で広々としており非常に快適でした。 フロントをはじめスタッフは皆よく教育されているようでとても親切かつ丁寧で申し分ありませんでしたが、一人だけ、チェックアウト後にタクシーを頼もうとした際に、恐らくは担当者がランチで不在時に留守番でいたと思われる金髪の女性の対応が、自分の担当ではない為もあったのかかなり残念な対応だったため星4つにさせて頂きます。（あんな留守番ならいっそ担当不在のほうがましかと思います。）"

"シャワーの水勢がかなり弱い。 ドレーンがとにかく流れない、1人目で洗面所も水浸しになり、客室のカーペットまでビショビショになりました。 朝から排水溝と水浸しを掃除して、気分超悪かったです。"

"Our stay started off badly and only got worse. At check in, the front desk staff told us she was “upgrading” us to a room with a larger bed. When we got to the room, it was immediately obvious that this was not an upgrade at all. The room was clearly worse than what we had originally booked. It was a downgrade.
