"Park Plaza Vondelpark is a lovely boutique hotel in an upscale neighborhood. It is two blocks away from the spacious Vondelpark, one of the largest in the city. It's also two blocks from the nearest tram stop that leads directly past the major museums and ends at the Centrum, the heart of the city. Everyone on the staff, from the desk clerk to the maintenance person to the restaurant wait staff, were very polite and professional. Both the buffet breakfast and the dinner items were delicious....

"Easy to get to from the airport within 100 meters of the tram line and a Metro station. Shopping, restaurants and grocery store just as close. Despite being conveniently located we never heard street noise. Before we even entered the hotel we were taking pictures of the gorgeous plantings they had in front of the building.
