At Rock you can enjoy all the water-based activities such as sailing, water skiing and kayaking on offer there. It’s also within a 5 minute drive of two of the ‘Times Best Beaches’ Epphaven and Padstow.

For golfers, St Endoc Golf Course is a short walk away as is The Point at Polzeath. For surfers, Polzeath is just a short drive. For walkers and cyclists the coastal path is right on the doorstep as is the Camel Trail which you can access either from Padstow (via the pedestrian ferry) or Wadebridge.

It is within walking distance of the wide range of shops and places to eat in Rock. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
