"I booked my reservation via Expedia. I’m not sure who’s at fault. I paid $49 extra to include breakfast, thinking it was a buffet style for that price. Turns out it was a small bento style to go. I could’ve bought me one for $6.99 down the road 😩😩 would’ve been better too if they had luggage carts for both buildings."

"The place was clean and ready. The kitchen appliances had the basics and not much else (no hot water maker or waffle iron - but good coffee pot and a basic frying pan)"

"Follow through is a problem at this hotel. Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back. Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know” Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager LVM for me. One attempt. Unfortunately, very disappointed with this property. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this property to anyone. "

"The property appeared clean overall, my only concern was during my check-in on May 1st. When I arrived, there was an individual in the lobby who appeared to have very poor hygiene. The lobby area had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I was concerned for my health as the individual was coughing and leaning over service counter. I didn't want to approach the counter after, but thankful for the lady that was working, she sanitizes the whole area before serving me. I was on a weekend layover and needed to be healthy for my upcoming flight, this experience made me uneasy about the sanitary conditions of the guest rooms and common areas. I would like to suggest that the hotel implement a policy or standard regarding guest hygiene in shared spaces to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all patrons.
