"We stay at the Sunshine palace for a trip to kings island with our grand kids. It worked out just great. The house was roomy, with a play area in the basement for the kids. I would recommend more wash cloths and facial tissues, but otherwise, it was great!"

"We have been coming as a family to Mason for a Kings Island Vacation every-other year since 2011. We have stayed at many locations. This house was BY FAR the best place our growing family (now 8 total adults)!! The house was immaculate. The furnishings and rooms are even better than the great photos provide. We had more than enough room for everyone to relax. The outdoor deck and fire pit were perfect (even in the hot summer!). We played a family game of whiffle ball in the back yard on the first night. The location is literally perfect. We were 10 minutes from Kings Island/Soak City. Kroger/Walmart/Gas Stations are 5 minutes away. I71 is 10 minutes away; I75 is about 15 minutes away. Lynn was a great host who communicated very quickly. If you are looking for a wonderful home in a safe, nice neighborhood this is it! We joked (sort of) that we would just offer the owner a price for the house and just never leave! "
