Staff very helpful and friendly, even carried our bags to the room! Lovely cool water in lobby, much needed in the heatwave. The room was snug but had everything we needed, air con, nice shower products, tea coffee, biscuits etc. Only slight fault on room would be the mattresses are very soft which im not a fan of, but in saying that I did have a very good sleep! Continental breakfast, fruit, cereal, cheese, ham, toast, pastries, juices. Perfect! Location was lovely, lots of nice coffee shops and cafes and a sainsburys express 2.minutes away. So handy to Victoria which was perfect for us to get Gatwick express and direct tube to Wimbledon. Highly recommend!

It was all great until my room flooded, and although I was moved rooms and told I was upgraded (no difference in the room other than having a worse view), I wasn’t even provided a discount on my stay for the inconvenience of having to move rooms in the middle of the night. Also had a coworker who go stuck in the elevator. Otherwise- the breakfast buffet was amazing.

"Very spacious twin room with two doubles and perfect for the overnight stay. Without being able to use the car park for a reasonable charge would look to book the valet parking for an extra day next time and then walk straight to the terminal the following day."
