"Our stay was great! The location is wonderful and it is a very charming property. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was very good. Only downside was that there was no onsite parking. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay again."

"Great place to stay for Ambleside and the Lakes. Just five minute walk into town. Small room but you expect that in the Lakes. There is parking (it is very tight!). We didn’t see any staff but they sent us comprehensive self check in info. Everything you need for a couple of nights in Ambleside. Would definitely stay here again."

"A nice little hotel in the town centre. Although there is onsite parking, visitors could find overnight parking at the nearby Lake Road Car Park. The staff are great and friendly. Breakfast and a welcome drink are included."

"Breakfast menu was really good, the staff were professional and welcoming.Our room was spotless and if we return ee will request the same one. Parking can be a little tricky with a large car but we were fine. As for location, it's ideal for the town centre (300yards or so)."
