"Staff very friendly. We checked in early and room wasn't quite done but they got us another one right away. We were able to bring our dogs and had lovely waterfront views. Ruins were recently renovated and look nice. We are planning to stay here again in the future! "

"Great Amenities! Pool, hot tub, sauna, small arcade, laundry room and proximity to the beach! I was warmly greeted upon check-in and given the run down of the resort. There were luggage carts for us to use. The room had an ocean view, balcony, a separate bedroom with the two queens and a tv, a kitchenette, a dining table, a full living room with a large tv, and a fire place with a duraflame log all ready to go! The place has clearly been updated decor-wise. It's all beach themed decor and fresh cheery blue paint in the living room. My friends and I had a great time at the Polynesian Resort this November (2025). I highly recommend reading the short essay on the history of the building and town that was provided in the room's binder of information! We will certainly be returning for a longer stay and with more friends! Also the staff who helped me check-out were warm and friendly. "
