"Breakfast buffet included both cold and hot dishes. Very clean and well maintained. Easy walk to Haymarket train and bus station. Tolerable walk to Royal mile. Lots of ethnic restaurants and coffee shops in the area."

"Great location and super-helpful, friendly staff with nice seating area in reception. Room was pretty small and shower not in the greatest condition with walls fairly thin. However, bed was comfortable and A/C effective. The carpets were really badly stained throughout the public areas giving it a real seedy feel despite being a relatively newly-refurbished hotel. No real issues but wasn’t good value for the price paid and probably wouldn’t stay again."

"It was a brand of hotel I'm not used to, but the place was fantastic. Rooms were small, but cozy. Staff was excellent. For an additional 15 pounds I was able to check into my room at noon, which was great since my flight arrived in the morning. Easy walk to the Tram or Airport Bus. Would definitely stay here again. Wish the room had a kettle or microwave. That's the only thing I thought was lacking."

"Clean, comfortable flat for an extended stay. Very helpful front desk staff. Good location for visiting Edinburgh. The property is in a quiet neighborhood but easy walk to restaurants and nearby Tesco market. 5 minute walk to buses and train station, and many popular areas are within a mile so walking is often an option. Would stay here again."
