I really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are small but very clean and cozy. The hotel staff are nice too! It is gift across the street from the Haymarket Train Station

The room was small but functional for our needs. Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent location for transport into Edinburgh city centre either by tram, train, bus or walk. Good location also for eateries in the evening and breakfasts. Tram down to Leith docks and Airport was very frequent.

Hallways are in need of some updates and cleaning. Room was tiny but adequate. On the expensive side, but very good location. Tram station across the street and many sights in walking distance. Lots of restaurants in the area.
