"For such a new hotel, the mattresses are too soft and need to be replaced. if you're on the third floor you may have to let the faucet run for awhile before you'll have hot water. This hotel is in a wonderful location and except for the mattresses, is well maintained. The view from the window was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and attentive."

"The host gave very clear and concise directions and check-in procedures. We really enjoyed all of the restaurant suggestions in the binder. The location was center to all the activities we were going to.Unfortunately, we had to leave due to an emergency and we’re unable to write anything in the notebook. Already thinking of returning again next year and will definitely book this place again if available."

"The space was perfect for our needs. The mini fridge in the room was very handy, and the shared kitchenette space was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the mix of vintage and new! The room was right out of central casting, but updated with a really nice shower and sink and TV availability. It was super close to the downtown of Saranac Lake, and we could walk to a nice hike."

"we had a lovely time here with our family, in town for a family wedding. the 10pm noise curfew prevented us from enjoying the fire pit for longer periods but we just moved inside for laughter and games!
