"Wonderful place to stay at"

"Nikita at reception was lovely. The bathroom was not clean around the edges & there were spider webs & dead spiders around the bathroom ceiling. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work & very low water pressure in the shower. No spare toilet paper & only 1 blanket on the bed & no spares on a cold night"

"Joy cottage is a charming little cottage to stay at while visiting Cessnock. It was a perfect place to relax after a wonderful day of wine tasting. Very clean, nice amenities and a lovely yard!"

"When we went the property was not even cleaned and we went for 2 nights and they wanted us to move to other property for one night and then come back to the original property cause they didn’t clean it. We went there to relax and enjoy our time off but when we saw the property we regretted…. "

"Incredible property with great amenities. Just be mindful that they do introduce a "Strict No Party Policy" in the terms and conditions after booking, despite the Stayz listing saying this is allowed. Presence of external cameras also not disclosed in listing, but introduced in the terms and conditions. Would not have booked knowing this, but great venue otherwise."
