"What a stunning villa! Beautifully landscaped garden with pines, cactuses and bougainvillea, as well as a lime and papaya. A wonderful heated pool and jacuzzi. Great living space and bedrooms. Cool shower with an outside door to shower under the stars or the sunshine. Lots of inflatable toys for the children, bikes to borrow, plenty of games. "Nice pool and staff, room was clean on arrival. No air conditioning which is crazy for the Canary Islands. Can’t recommend on that basis."

"Lovely hotel not sure if it’s 5 star. We had half board in a Preferred room which included the use of the spa for an hour which was good. The food at the buffet was nice but only lukewarm even when it just replenished. There were plenty of sun loungers and pool towels. Some of the garden areas could be better maintained. The location was great, a short walk to the marina and beside a beautiful beach ."

"The breakfast was fantastic there are a few mixed reviews on the evening meals but personally there wasn't a meal we didn't enjoy. The pool area is large no shortage on sunbeds and the spa was only €20 each for 90 minutes and the facilities were great! Could not fault the service it was amazing all staff were really friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was we had no one attend our room form house keeping for 2 days in a row so we had to request clean towels on those days. "

"The hotel is about to have a massive refit as its a bit tired in a few places, especially your own bathroom. However, we had a fantastic holiday and would return in an instant. Staff, food, bars, amenities all brilliant. Only has a week and needed more. Recommend a car hire as they are cheap, to explore the bottom of the Island. Been to 4 islands now, and this could be our favourite."

"This is a really lovely hotel. Huge pool areas with lots of sunbeds. We had booked half board and the food was really good. A couple of gripes, three euros per day to rent the security box in the room was ridiculous considering how much we paid for the week. Also we chose this hotel as it had four padel courts but none were operational which was really disappointing. We would stay here again."
