"The apartment was clean and well thought out to the needs of guests. It was light, fresh and airy. It had everything you would need on a stay there. "Location is everything for this property, right on Broad Street, next to the shops and an easy walk to the beach. For this we found it perfect. However the property itself could do with some TLC. The steps leading up to the property are shared but are not the greatest first impression. All it would take is a good sweep and tidy up. The bedrooms are spacious but so hot as we couldn’t seem to open the windows. The week we were there the temperatures were between 20-25 degrees, much less than the...

"No communication from host until I called VRBO to complain. No reception at the building (a semi-derelict house divided into flats) so we entered via open side door, climbing over litter, building waste and abandoned clutter. No response from the various doors inside. Decided this was a scam and left to seek better accommodation."
