Great customer service (particularly from Laura who was kind to give me directions) Fantastic breakfast Polite and friendly staff Spacious and cozy well furnished room Toiletries and water conveniently available to guests And functioning utilities. My only reservation was the old ceiling boards on the hall way but great hotel overall. I will give them 10/10 and looking forward to my next visit. By the way, my $100 damage deposit is yet to be reversed. Hopefully this will be done"
