"This is a big, modern high rise, that is oriented towards a long stay business clientele, but also offers nightly rates. There is a rooftop pool which is very nice with a panoramic view of the city. The gym is also ok, but could use a better selection of equipment. I stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very clean and comfortable."

"Amazing apartment tucked away from all the craziness of Hanoi. Only a short motorbike ride away from the main streets and busy areas. The position of the apartment is superb,the rooftop have amazing lake view. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating."

"Great apartment clean.lake is right in front but a distance from old town. A lot of up and coming food places but they close down for strong rain storms. Must use grab or have scooter to get around."

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, making the stay feel effortless from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting...

"An absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff were always friendly, courteous and smiling. The rooms are very large and accommodating with everything you need for your day to day life i.e. washing machine dryer and bottled water. It is located on the southern side of the lake which is beautiful to walk daily and meet the smiling locals or to stop for food and beers. Will definitely stay there again when back in Hanoi in a few months time. 10/10 amazing "

"We had an excellent stay! The room is an apartment style so for myself and my adult kids it was perfect and gave us the space to individually recover from jet-lag. It had a full kitchen AND a washing machine which really helped. It is in a great location away from the city center but bear some excellent restaurants in West Lake. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. The gym is also great (but smells a little musty)! Decent equipment for a small space and I also swam...
