"Checknin was a breeze, Sasha the front desk deserves 10 stars. her recommendations were spot on, she was friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, the beds and bedding so comfy. Its's close to MGM, the conference center and parking. It is a little noisy as it's on the corner of a busy intersection. "

"We had a great stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. A couple small things I wasn’t a fan of. Having to bring our trash outside to the garbage receptacles outside of the building. When we brought our garbage out both cans were overflowing. Honestly this seems like a housekeeping job for the price guests are paying to stay there. The other thing was the window behind my bed ended up being cracked open which I kept wondering why I was feeling a cold breeze - I finally opened the blinds all the way to check the window and yes - it was open a bit Also my door keys originally didn’t work and I had to request new ones. Luckily they brought them to me vs me having to drive back to the check in building to get new ones. Otherwise, this was a really nice place and everyone was very friendly and helpful."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. My mom got sick and couldn't make it back to our room. The staff stayed with us, gave my mom cold water and towels, they tended to mom until she was able to get up and walk to our room. It means a lot knowing there staff out there eager and willing to help. It's not easy emotionally when you are in an unfamiliar state and someone you love gets sick. I am forever grateful to the staff for being there for us."

"The place is run down and dated. Rooms are dark, no iron, ironing board was broken. Bathroom light would not stay on, closet doors were missing. People hanging out in the hallway by the elevator charging their phones while taking on it and hanging out in their rooms with their door open like they live there."
