"Our room had water damage and the whole floor next to the window was all buckled and lifted. That whole window was leaking water from the outside in. There was blue tape holding the seams of the walls together. There was no easy way to get all your things from self parking into the hotel. There was a hidden resort fee that was not included with the price of the room off of Expedia. Parking was also not included. We would not stay there again. "

"Room. Clean,, maintenance needs to unclog the shower, maybe instructions on how to adjust the thermostat and the massive unit that doesnt respond to functions. Get rid of seafood smell on 14th floor. Ice machine on 14th doesnt work."

"I do not recommend. Buffet was expensive and food wasn’t worth the price. Noticed a lot of other people leaving plates partially eaten and left to be taken. We had 2 rooms across the hall from each other and 3 people decided at 4 am that our doors were a good place to have a fight among each other banging on our doors and cursing and screaming. Called the front desk and they sent two security officers up and it quieted down until they left and they piped back up again. Then two left and emts showed up to access one of the three that was sitting against the door. Lasted over 2 hours. My kids were scared and we were wide awake after that. The room was extremely dusty. Visible particles in the air and on all surfaces. For a weekend we planned 2 months ago for our family. It was not relaxing or enjoyable. Staff wasn’t helpful with the situation either. Talked to manager and “there wasn’t much he could do”. As a family that doesn’t get away often and hoped for a good weekend together and experience the GSR and Reno…. It wasn’t worth it at all. "
