"This hotel had potential but it was alarmingly dirty; from the chairs in the lounge to the shower. The rooms are bigger than a standard hotel room and the Kitchen was a nice addition, but was also dirty(drawers and stocked items need a serious deep clean) "

"i got a king size bedroom. i walk inside and get 2 twin size beds. this was after the bruno mars concert so its pretty late i walk down stairs to talk to the front desk lady she said theres nothing they can do ok why would you post a king size bedroom if your gonna give me a twin and i still haven’t received my 50 minus the parking fee like fr"

"We had a great day! The room was spotless and well equipped, the staff was kind and courteous, and the location is ideal to restaurants. The only thing to note, and I noticed it is temporary, but we booked an executive suite and we’re disappointed that we did not have access to the executive launch because it is under construction at this time. I do wish we had been informed of this when making our reservation. They did accommodate us and serve meals and snacks in a different room, but we were looking forward to enjoying the view and our time upstairs. We would definitely return on another trip despite that disappointment and are excited to see the improvements that they’ve made as a result of that Construction."

"I always enjoying staying at this hotel. The front desk was very short staffed for such a large hotel. One clerk when I arrived and another came to assist shortly thereafter, although he did not seem very happy about it. Overall, a nice, clean property in a good location, plenty of parking, restaurants and amenities."
