"We waited in line for 25 minutes just to check in. When we finally got to our room, it was filthy — trash everywhere, dirty towels, and even used soap left behind. We called the front desk and were told we needed to come back downstairs and wait in line again to resolve it. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told none were on site. After pushing the issue, they put a manager on the phone who promised to make it right and said we would receive a call within 24–48 hours. That call never came.
We were eventually given a different room about 30 minutes later, but the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. There are plenty of similar hotels in the area — I’d recommend giving them your business instead. The Paris certainly didn’t make us feel like they valued ours."
