"We booked a five night stay in a Deluxe Superior room and had to move after two nights. It was so noisy we couldn’t sleep, and our room had some maintenance issues that were not attended to after we asked on the 2nd morning eg bathroom mirror light not working in a dim small bathroom with no window or extractor fan (legal?). We asked for a refund as there was nothing deluxe or superior about the room. We were mislead. "
"Lovely country pub with accommodation. Room was very comfortable and clean with good quality linen. Dinner was well priced with large servings. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast was tasty with good quality ingredients. Only criticism is that there were no breakfast options for children. Perhaps some cereal on offer would go along way for kids or even just a simple boiled egg with soldiers.

"Found this to be an excellent choice of hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Loved having pillow choices. Pool/sauna/steam room a bonus. There was a good range and choice of food and drink options. Buffet style breakfast, lots of choice. Had evening meal in restaurant, excellent. Definitely will stay again."
"The family room with a double bed and bunk beds for the children was a good size. The hotel even provided a Z bed free of charge for our 6`2" son in case he could not fit into the bunk bed.
The food, bar and location are all perfect.
The staff were so accomodating as we had a dog with us. Very dog freindly throughout.
Unfortunately, the room had no A/C and limited window opening. To be expected in an old building. So the night was hot and uncomfortable despite two fans provided. That`s nature.

"Had an absolutely fabulous week at the Parson Woodforde. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and a credit to Mark and Maria :) The food was incredible, all local produce with lovely fresh seafood specials and all very well seasoned! The roast on Sunday was one of the best I’ve ever had and we were made to feel very welcome and given loads of useful local information, nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were immaculate. There is a lot within easy reach of the pub with the coast at Cromer only 30 mins away, Norwich airport park and ride about 10 mins away (£4 for two of us for a return into Norwich) and the broads and other wildlife reserves easy to get to (we went to Wroxham to hire a boat for a couple of hours). I wish Mark and Maria all success in their future as they have created a truly unique atmosphere with quality food, I just wished we lived nearer!"
