Arrived at reception and paid at which point they asked to see covid cert and identification,once this was produced we were told we would not have to produce either for the rest of our stay,sadly this was not the case and had to present them at both the restaurant and the bar,advertised on the booking was a jacuzzi in the ensuite however all that was there was a miserable little standard bath,sink was full of stains along with stained ridden chairs in the room,breakfast was brought via room service the following morning and they forgot to bring toast,they returned 10mins later with toast after being informed about it,when we returned to reception that morning for check out we were informed that there was a two separate charges for room service,one for the breakfast and the other for the forgotten toast. All in all a very disappointing stay at this hotel.
