Ground floor has entrance hall, Shower room, Modern open plan kitchen/living/dining area with access to rear yard/outdoor space (12 Sq M), separate building in yard houses the laundry area plus space for bikes and or sports equipment.
First floor two bedrooms, main shower room with electric shower,
Second floor has main bedroom En-suite with power shower.
The entire building has been renovated and upgraded in 2021 (not let to guests in 2021). Please note there is no bath on the premises - 3 showers. Floor plans of each floor are in this advert. Guest space in the town house is 70 Sq M/753 Sq Ft, 12 Sq M out door space and 5 Sq M Laundry area (seperate building). There is a private property office with its own seperate street entrance to the front of the building - operational office hours Monday - Friday).
