"This place was great, Champange when we checked in, cooler of waters in the hallway, The pool bar on the rooftop has amazing views. And the Art in the lobby was very nice and for sale. I hope to return to Charleston and stay at the Vendue again"

"We put in our notes that we needed a crib. When we checked in they said they were out of cribs. We had to leave and asked them if they were going to be able to get a crib before we returned and the staff assured me that they would. When we returned that night around 9pm, the staff informed us that they didn't get one and there is nothing they could do about it. It's frustrating because we have an 8 month old who needs to be in a crib and we would not have booked this property if we weren't going to have one. We checked out immediately and had to find another hotel who had a crib for us. Extremely inconvenient, especially with a toddler and 8 month old. If you need special requests, I would not recommend this hotel."
