Bay View Luxury Stays- Southdown, 4 bed with hot tub and views

The house is perfect for family get togethers or small groups looking for a peaceful staycation.
There is parking for 3/4 cars on the driveway (no parking allowed in front of the property as this is owned by the RSPB)
On entering the property you will be welcomed in to a large hallway which leads to the bedrooms with 2 king sized rooms and 1 twin, there is a downstairs bathroom.
The kitchen and the lounge both have view over the nature reserve and the garden which is private and secure and can only be accessed through the property.
On the first floor there is a 4th bedroom with panoramic views and also a separate shower room.
The garden boasts a 8 seater hot tub and 8 seater dining area, the garden itself has fully fitted AstroTurf for your enjoyment.
