The guesthouse was lovely! Right on the seafront, clean tidy, the host was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was gorgeous and well presented. Beds were comfy and ensuite fitted the bill perfectly! Great place to stay!!

Weymouth is a spectacular place with some of the most amazing views of the white cliffs in the background, the beautiful beaches, and the loveliest, most picturesque harbor I have ever seen!!😍 And Seascape was right in the middle of all that beauty!!!!

Beautiful view, comfortable bed friendly host - but take a blindfold if you want to sleep. Unfortunately I got very little sleep here, there are flood lights on the building which were on all night. I asked the host about them and he said it was the council who have them and they won't take them down - so then why not have blinds?! There were no blinds on the windows and the curtains were thin. It was like the aliens were landing it was SO bright. There were blinds in the breakfast room but not in the bedroom. Then as soon as dawn came I was awake at 5am with the sun. The TV didn't work and there's no drinking water in the room. You're supplied a 1.5 bottle of tap water in the fridge, but no other way of filling it up apart from the taps at the beach! The view was beautiful, however we were first floor and it's right next to a busy road, so if you have your window open you only hear traffic not the waves, which was a shame. It was great being right on the front and so close to the beach though and the rooms were a good price with breakfast. The breakfast was really good, although it would be good if there was something on the menu for kids, even just an option of pancakes or something other than just toast/cereal. The breakfast room also had a lovely view, although somewhat obscured by a huge vase of old silk flowers. We had a nice time, but wouldn't be back as I got very little sleep.

Great friendly service, good room with a lovely bay window overlooking the sea. Small touches really help, like bottle opener in room etc. Breakfast was hearty and offered smoked mackerel as a choice, as well as the cooked breakfast.

Very clean quite and really spacious room. We stayed in room 2 with a lovely bay window overlooking the harbour and a decent size fridge, which was a bonus cause the weather was very warm. The location is excellent for all amenities with just a 3 minute walk to the Pravilion. The breakfast was 5 star served by the host Sean who even went beyond his full time duties to meet us at our bustop (Late evening) to help with our luggage Thankyou for that. Would certainly come back to the "Seascape" Highly recommended Stayed 11 days Fran&Babs.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape, the room was lovely. The bed was comfortable, although we'd have preferred better pillows, they were slightly too hard and flat, but that's personal preference, Breakfast was freshly cooked and was nice. Sean was very friendly and kind. We would stay again.
