Egret’s Landing is a lovely cottage sleeping up to six people in four bedrooms. The property is located close to the shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach in the popular coastal town of Whitby.  This is an ideal property for families or groups of friends looking to holiday together.
• Size: Sleeps up to 6, 4 bedrooms • Nearest beach: Less than 1 mile • Nearest amenities: Less than 1 mile • Pets: One pet welcome • Short breaks: Available at this property • Smoking: Not allowed at this property • Rooms: 4 Bedrooms, please note bedroom 2 can only be accessed via bedroom 1. bathroom, lounge/diner, kitchen, shower room, bathroom, shared lobby. • Beds: 2 double beds, 3 single beds and adult size bunk beds. • Luxuries: Smart TV with Freeview and DVD, unlimited Wifi • General: Gas central heating. • Utilities: Gas hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer • Standard: Kettle, toaster, iron • Other: Bed linen and towels provided. Short breaks not accepted at peak times. • Layout: Entrance to the property is via 12 steps and through a gate. • Parking:   HK confirmed No Scratch cards provided. • Mobility: Should there be any specific health or mobility difficulties which may affect a party member, this must be pointed out at the initial reservation stage so that the suitability of the property can be assessed. Please note: rope bannister (between lower ground and ground floor) and steep cottage staircase (between ground floor and first floor) may not be suitable for less mobile guests

The property was a little smaller than expected and not suitable for Elderly people or people with mobility issues. Parking was a huge problem as there was no available parking within the locality but it was the town itself - far too many people with little or no social distancing and very few pubs, cafe’s took any Contact details Or kept tables 2 metres apart

All beds were cozy and comfortable , new carpets through out and all you could need in a kitchen , agents were great and always contactable and the location great
