"We arrived to find the door to the unit open, the key in the open lock box. Inside it seemed like the cleaners stopped half through, we had no toilet paper, one clean towel and concern about the security.Repeated requests to the landlord resulted in “ we are looking into it” and never had a resolution after a 3 night stay"
