"We had an amazing stay at the la Rosa guest house. It's a very quirky hotel so if you something a bit different this is the place for you. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. Nice big bath and the bed was lovely and comfy. We will be staying there again and trying a different room next time as all the rooms are decorated differently with there own unique decor."

Host & Stay | Cragg Cottage

10/10 Excellent
"We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend it. The house is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Whitby, with everything within easy walking distance. It was also so nice to have a garden to relax in, which was a real bonus. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking during our stay. There were just a couple of small things that could make the experience even better. Only one toilet roll was provided, so it would have been helpful to have a spare as we stayed for 3 nights. It would also be useful if the welcome booklet included some guidance on where to stop briefly to unload luggage. We found it easiest to pull up on Pier Road opposite Harry’s before moving the car.A lovely surprise was discovering the parking permit, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand. It meant we could park for free in Zone W permit holder spaces, which was a great bonus and worth highlighting for future guests."
