"I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all "

"We stayed at Tropical Deluxe Princess in Punta Cana and had a wonderful experience! The resort was very clean, the food was excellent, and there was always plenty to do for both kids and adults. We weren’t able to reserve the specialty restaurants, but honestly that didn’t matter because the buffet was so good and offered a wide variety.
One minor drawback was the vendors on the beach, which I thought would be more of an issue, but we just spent more time at the pool and it wasn’t a problem. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we definitely plan to come back!"
