"A lovely hotel, with fantastic views of either the Tower Bridge or the docks. However, staff at the contact centre and hotel were unhelpful and at times rude."

"Generally good after a very slow queue for check-in (20 minutes). Friendly and attentive staff (although not quite enough of them?). Food great and cocktail bar fine. One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times). "

Free bottles of water is great. This is located in the city so you need to bear in mind a lot of places are closed at the weekend, but you can find enough options in a 10 minute walk. Close to the Gherkin."
