"Lovely and peaceful hotel with great gym and spa amenities. The 3 members working the reception around 3:30pm 09/01 were super welcoming and helpful! Only thing was that the WiFi was unstable but thankfully I was assisted with an alternative network. Would definitely return! "

"This tucked away hotel was such an amazing experience. The staff were super amazing during my entire stay specifically Olena. The hotel is super clean and the bed is super comfortable and cozy. The showers are nice and clean. The hotel has nice touches that I never experienced in America that make it super cute. There is an ironing room on the 3rd floor which is brilliant and free coffee stations are located on each floor. The second floor has an amazing library/quiet room to work. The 4th floor has a gym and hot tub. The hotel is located within walking distance of the whitechapel train station. The hotel has a nice restaurant "Mr. White's English Coffee that we had a great dinner at. The staff were just as wonderful. A waitress "Nicoletti" not sure of spelling was super nice and cute and did an American accent as a girl named "Tiffany" hilarious. Full transparency, when I arrived at night, I was a little skeptical because it felt like the Bronz or Queens but the area is super safe and everyone was very nice. Its was about a 20 minute walk to Tower Bridge which is a must see. If you are a first time visitor, I would do the bus tours on the first day to get a feel of the areas. Borough Market and Camden Market are a must."

"All good, 2nd time staying and asked for a quiet room again and was given exactly that, good location for "that end" of ExCel"

"Room was lovely, upon check in I was asked if I preferred a shower cubicle or shower over a bath, I thought that was very accommodating. The room was comfortable and spacious and clean to a good standard. We had drinks and food at the bar the service by Dase was impeccable. Food was delicious. "

"Loved everything about the hotel. Quiet, big room, TV you could throw Netflix onto, great room service and top breakfast. 5 minutes of the tube meant it was a perfect base for exploring. "

"Great location that is walkable distance to St Pancreas station if traveling to other countries through Eurostar. Spacious room. Only complaint was water pressure on faucet for your hands was a little sparce."
