Staff is indifferent at best. This isnt the first time there was no internet at the hotel but this is the first time nobody even tried to help me resolve the issue. Reception said their system was up and running, so internet was functional. I told them its highly unlikely their system was running on unsecured wi-fi that required no password. They said they couldnt help me. I asked them if there is a tech support I can call or do they at least know the number of their internet provider, they said no. They did acknowledge occasionally there were issues with it. They gave me their general managers business card. I called him and left a message. 48 hours later, as of writing this review, nobody called me back. Ironically, I got an automated email from him next day asking me to write a review. There it is.
