We had a large room in the main part of hotel, overlooking the river, all the staff were very helpful, the hotel was very close to all the amenities that we wanted to see. All in all, an excellent visit, we will return again.

Staff were very helpful and courteous from the second we arrived until the moment we left. Having a 17 month old with us plus a 4 and 5 years old was no issue. They catered for us so well. We had two rooms and both were amazing with comfortable beds. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very tasty. It’s also a quick walk to the station that takes you to London. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed three nights at the hotel and found the location second to none! It is on the River Thames and was in the shadow of the castle. The rooms were exceptionally quite and spacious. The breakfasts were very good and the restaurant had nice choices for lunch, tea and dinner.

Excellant hotel we loved every minute we was there lovely staff couldnt do enough for us food was lovely excellant location right by the river lovely garden to sit and watch boats go by wish we had stayed longer going back there as soon as we can.
