"The dining room staff are very nice and helpful. Josh was very helpful and very patient with our questions about the dining options. Also the hostess was very helpful about getting us to know what the best option was for us. The hotel was very very quiet and we never heard anything about the airport, excellent air conditioning! The room was very nice, clean and comfortable! We will be back to stay with this hotel in the future!! Thank you for making us feel welcome! "

"Unique property, with bar and food menu options, that allow you to stay put and no need to venture out if not desired. They had a full bar with good drinks, and a variety of games to help pass the time. We played scrabble while relaxing with a few beers. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Hot shower was appreciated as well. Wish we had stayed here our entire trip but only chose one night due to its close proximity to the airport. Airport bus makes stops here every half hour."

"Easy check in, bar and restaurant on site, modern clean room and bathroom, affordable and a gas station with all the essentials at a 20 seconds walk away from the hotel.. for a fee, the airport bus "Hotel Hoppa" drops you in font of the hotel . Everything you need for a confortable short stay close to the airport."

"Nice Hyatt for one night. Great check-in. Forgot my converter so front desk let me borrow one. Nice dinner (salmon dish + friend got the chicken). Both dishes were nice as was the Chardonnay. Be aware the bus from terminal 5 only comes once an hour (25 minutes past the hour) so we ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was £20. "
